Conditions of Web Site Use: This contract will only exist between you (the customer) and ASMP Ltd (The owner of this site) for the sale of any product when we accept your order by sending an e-mail explicitly confirming that the product has been dispatched and a delivery date is specified.
Carriage: All the prices on our website include VAT and delivery to most mainland destinations within the UK. However, if you live in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland or other outlying areas including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Ise of Man there may be further costs. Please order and we will then advise of any additional charges. We try whenever possible to maintain our advertised prices and any additional charges are applied on a cost only basis.
We endeavour to deliver all items within the time specified on the website. If there is a problem with fulfilling your order we will endeavour to inform you promptly. We will try to accommodate any specific requirements that you may have, such as weekend or out of hours services, however these may incur extra charges. We are also happy to provide specific quotations for overseas deliveries and any other special circumstances. If the date we offer for delivery is not acceptable you do have the right to cancel on these grounds.
Always remember to fully check your goods upon receipt and report any problems immediately. Visibly damaged goods should not be accepted from the courier. Our insurance does not provide cover for items damaged in transit, if this is not reported within a reasonable timeframe - if you are in any doubt about the goods you have received please call us as soon as possible.
While ASMP Ltd is not responsible for any loss, and does not accept any liability, resulting from late delivery of goods we will look at an reasonable claims and try to resolve any issue in good faith. We also do not accept any liability or claims arising from items being out of stock and any late deliveries that may result but we will always try to offer alternative products in order to meet any timetable you have if you make us aware of your schedule and requirements.
If your goods have been damaged in transit we will try to arrange replacement as soon as possible and try to meet any reasonable timetable you have.

Returns Policy: If you receive goods which that have been damaged during transit or in any other way have not reached you in a good and satisfactory condition, you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement of the goods. If, for some other reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may, once authorisation has been granted, return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the goods. You must contact us before sending any item. No returns will be accepted without authorisation. The item must be in its original condition and in an undamaged, and unused condition. Any item which has been used cannot be returned for a full refund. You may apply for a return authorisation up to 14 days after receipt of goods except in certain cases where goods were special order items and were deemed to be an advance order or a 'pro forma' order. When you return an item within 14 days and provided the conditions above are met, a full refund will be given including any original delivery charges. Collection fees however may be payable depending on situation. Collection fee for table tennis tables is £40.00.
When a return is approved, your refund will be made via orginal payment method or cheque depending on your preference.
All of these regulations relate to Consumers - these are cited as people who are "buying for purposes not related to their trade, business or profession" and these regulations are not open to non consumers. If a product is bought for use in a business environment, been bought for use as part of someone's work then this needs to be pursued through normal business to business sale of goods contract disputes. Consumers can not expect us to provide redress if they have misused the products - through improper use, incompatible accessories etc
Software Returns: Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000 Regulation 13, audio and video recordings (e.g. CD, DVDs, videotapes) cannot be returned once a consumer has unsealed the goods.
Warranty Work: Should you experience any problem with your purchase during the warranty period you can contact us and we will explain the procedure in place for the particular manufacture.
Cancellation: If after placing your order you need to cancel please let us know via e-mail as soon as possible. There is no fee for a cancelled item if the goods have not been dispatched. In the e-mail include the item you ordered and your address details saying you wish to cancel.
Out of Stock Items and Availability: We will endeavour to inform you within 24 hours of your order being placed, if an item that you are ordering is out of stock or unavailable. We cannot guarantee that any product which is listed on our website is in stock and available for dispatch at the point of ordering.
Self Assembly: Some items on this website require the customer to assemble the product before first use. This assembly is entirely the responsibility of the customer and ASMP Ltd does not in any way compensate the customer for assembly to be completed.
Assembly Services: On some items on this website we offer an assembly service - if this service is booked you should endeavour to supervise the assembly team and try to the best of your abilities to ensure that you advise them if you you think they are acting in such a way as to cause damage to your property. We also ask that you are at home during the time the assembly team are at your premises and as far as reasonably possible, be aware of their actions and advise them of hazards and potential problems.
Weather: If weather in any way interfers with our services or the delivery and assembly of a table supplied by ASMP or any company contracted by ASMP, we will endeavour to make suitable arrangements to overcome any delay caused by the weather and agree a new timetable for delivery within 2 days.
Our Service: We endeavor at all times to provide a timely service and respond to request for information regarding our products and or our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers and terminate any business or any contact whatsoever with customers at anytime. Customers may make a complaint regarding our services in writing. Any customer using abusive language in any form while in communication with the company may be reported to the authorities. We always seek maximum penalties in any cases of verbal or physical abuse against any person carrying out duties for ASMP Ltd. Any abusive conduct may forfeit any other agreements made previosly between the company and the customer.
